Rebecca hails from South Carolina. She spent 26 years in the U.S. Navy retiring as Lieutenant Commander, Surface Warfare Officer in the Ghent area of Norfolk, VA. Rebecca currently works as a Project Officer for Military Sealift Command.
Rebecca is passionate about the mission of MASC and the families they support.
She earned her Doctorate of Strategic Leadership and Foresight from Regent University in 2018.
