Siera Shepard, RBT

Siera Shepard has always enjoyed working with people who have disabilities and has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for the past 3 years. In 2021, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Religion with a heavy background in STEM from Syracuse University. As a student, she worked as a peer mentor for young adults who transitioned out of Inclusive U, a college experience for students of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities and was an active member of Delta Alpha Phi honor society for students with disabilities. Siera is currently enrolled at Northwestern University pursuing her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis on child and adolescent development. Siera hopes to attain her PhD in developmental psychology and work with teens and young adults with autism and their families. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, drawing, and spending time with her dog Guinness.
