Care and Resources
Resource and Referral Services
MASC supports families within the autism community by providing additional resources and referrals we have found helpful in navigating the complex service systems. Through our commitment to collaboration with local, state, and federal partners, we aim to provide the community with the care and resources they need.
- Understanding the Need – Families of children with autism can find themselves overwhelmed by the number of services and resources available. From therapy options to education support and community programs, choosing and accessing these services can be tough which only increases the stress a family feels. The staff at MASC is prepared to assist families in supporting their children.
- Navigating the Journey Together – Resource and referral services are beacons of guidance and support in the complicated system of care. We are fully aware parents need information and support to make informed decisions about their child’s well-being. We work tirelessly to provide personalized assistance, connecting families with resources best suited to meet their unique needs. No family should face this journey alone.
- Collaboration with Partners – At MASC, we believe the effective support of families in our community requires a collaborative approach. We engage with local, state, and federal partners to streamline access to essential services. By forging strong partnerships with agencies, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups, we make it easier to advocate for families and amplify their voices in the decision-making process.
- Advocacy and Education – In addition to providing direct support to families, we are committed to raising awareness and educating the community to improve the lives of individuals with ASD. Through workshops, seminars, and community events, MASC strives to foster a more inclusive society where people with autism are embraced for their strengths and contributions.
